Team Assistant / Cleaning Tech

What You Will Do
- Perform weekly, biweekly, and monthly recurring house cleanings Tuesday through Thursday.
- Help with occasional Friday and Saturday deep-clean and move-in/move-out projects.
- Support house washing, window cleaning, and gutter cleaning as needed; training is provided.
- Follow Sparkle Team checklists and quality standards.
- Communicate professionally and respectfully in clients' homes.
- Help keep supplies stocked, equipment maintained, and the schedule running smoothly.
- Bring a positive, can-do attitude to every job.
What We Are Looking For
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in a job done well.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work on your feet while standing, bending, and reaching.
- Comfort working independently or with a two-person team.
- Trustworthiness when working inside clients' homes.
- Ability to pass a required background check.
- Friendly, professional communication.
- Cleaning or hospitality experience is helpful, but not required.
Competitive Pay
$18–$20 per hour, plus bonuses on deep-clean days and client tips.
W-2 Employment
You are an employee, not a 1099 contractor, and you are paid weekly.
Small-Team Support
You work directly with a locally owned team where you are known and supported.
