Clean the outdoor surfaces people notice first

Weather, traffic, and everyday use leave visible buildup on concrete and hardscapes. We review the surface, access, drainage, and condition before confirming the right scope.

Consistent cleaning for suitable flatwork

A surface cleaner may create a more even cleaning path across suitable concrete. Results depend on the age, condition, coatings, stains, and previous wear of the surface.

Choosing the right method

Pressure washing versus house soft washing

Pressure washing uses controlled water pressure and is generally considered for suitable durable surfaces such as concrete driveways, patios, and walkways. It is not the default method for every exterior surface.

For siding, soffits, fascia, and trim, visit our house soft washing service. We choose the method after reviewing the material and its condition.

Realistic expectations

What cleaning can—and cannot—change

  • Remove suitable surface dirt and organic buildup
  • Refresh the appearance of driveways and walkways
  • Clean suitable patios and residential flatwork
  • Identify stains that may need a different treatment

Cleaning does not repair cracks, spalling, failed coatings, settlement, or permanent discoloration. We set expectations before scheduling.

Purposeful pressure

From a controlled rinse to hard-surface cleaning

Our equipment can produce different flow and pressure levels. We change the setup for the surface instead of using maximum pressure everywhere.

Low-pressure house care • 60 PSI

Our 12-volt electric soft-wash system moves up to 5.5 gallons per minute at a maximum of 60 PSI while applying cleaning solution. This is our preferred direction for suitable siding and exterior trim.

Why we soft wash homes →

Approximately 700 PSI

For controlled downstream washing and rinsing, changing the nozzle orifice can reduce the working pressure to approximately 700 PSI. The actual setup is chosen for the surface, access, and condition.

Up to 3,000 PSI

Higher pressure and a surface cleaner may be used on suitable concrete or durable flatwork. Up to 3,000 PSI is available for appropriate hard surfaces and stubborn areas—not for blasting a home's siding.

A clearer quote

What affects a pressure-washing quote

The total area matters, but condition, access, drainage, and surface type matter too.

  • Approximate square footage and surface material
  • Stains, buildup, weeds, cracks, and drainage
  • Access to water and room for equipment and hoses
  • Nearby vehicles, doors, landscaping, and outdoor items
Common questions
What surfaces are best suited to pressure washing?

Suitable concrete driveways, patios, walkways, and other durable residential flatwork are common candidates. The material, age, coatings, and condition must be reviewed first.

Do you use a surface cleaner?

A surface cleaner may be used on suitable flatwork when it is appropriate for the material and condition.

Is pressure washing appropriate for house siding?

High pressure is not our default approach for siding. Many house exteriors are better suited to a lower-pressure soft-washing method selected for the surface.

Can pressure washing fix cracks or damage?

No. Cleaning removes suitable surface buildup; it does not repair cracking, spalling, settlement, or failed coatings.

What should I move beforehand?

Vehicles, furniture, planters, toys, and fragile items should be discussed and moved from the work area before service.
